1. All the products and the price shown on the website is regularly updated by flowersourcebd.com.

2. By registering at www.flowersourcebd.com or by placing and gift order for Bangladesh, you authorize Flowersourcebd to email you regular discount and special offers.

3. It is customer's responsibility to provide correct address and contact details of the recipient. Flowersourcebd is not responsible for delay in delivery or no show on delivery date and time due to wrong information in the order.

4. We always try to deliver the accurate product ordered by the customer. If a product is not available, in that case a similar product of that order will be delivered. If a product is unavailable, we will inform to customer about this through e-mail/phone call. If there is no response within 2 hours from the customer, we go ahead and deliver a product which will be closest to that ordered.

5. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, in that case we do not assure the freshness of the flowers & goods which is delivered.

6. We are not responsible for preserving perishable products (cake, flower, food items) after delivery. Perishable items will be not subject to any refund if hasn't been preserved properly after delivery.

7. Customer should read all details description of product before placing the order.

8. We collect information that you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. We only use information to deliver your requested products or services. We do not share your information with third parties.

9. Order cancellation will not be allowed if the order is canceled by the customer less than 24 hours.

10. Flowersourcebd is the delivery service provider. Any health issue caused by any product is not Flowersourcebd's responsibility. We will disclose the full details of supplier or producer to our customers or the recipient if it is requested to log a dispute with appropriate authority.

11. We ensure to delivery within same day time frame in Dhaka. Outside of Dhaka we can deliver, but you need to place an order before 24 hours of the delivery date. We are not be liable for any delay in delivery due to fire, war, strike, natural calamities or any cause that is beyond the control.

12. Our standard delivery time is between 9 am and 9 pm local time at your delivery location.

13. The price displayed on our website includes MRP, Service Cost, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions, vat & tax. An additional delivery charge will be applicable for outside of Dhaka city. The delivery charge will be shown at the time of placing the order.

14. Flowersourcebd.com's gift delivery service is licensed as Flowersource Pty. Ltd. Dhaka, Bangladesh (Trade Licence No: 09 8815).  Any legal issue and dispute will be dealt under the law of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.

15. Flowersourcebd do not store any payment data on this site or in the server.

16. You will receive full refund if we refuse/cancel an order that you have paid for.

17. You will receive full refund if we are unable to deliver your order on your selected date.
